Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Customers may returns item(s) ordered online within 30 days of package receipt date by clicking here to contact Customer Service. Claims may also be requested by contacting Customer Service at (248) 850-2596 or customerservice@miculture.com. After the claim has been processed, a RMA number will be provided along with an e-mailed return shipping label. Please have all returns postmarked within 5 business days after receiving the shipping label.

   Important Information

  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
  • All return labels will ship USPS. If applicable, tracking numbers can be provided, upon request, for the return shipping labels.
  • We will deduct a $5.50 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds are returned to the original card used or store credit.
  • Sale item(s) are final sale.

   Unacceptable Returns or Exchanges

MI Culture will not accept returns or exchanges if items are deemed worn, washed, used, dirty or are missing tags.  Items will then be returned to purchaser at their expense.

  • Item(s) smell of Cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odors.
  • Item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemish.
  • Price tags or other product tags are removed altered or damaged.
  • Alterations or modifications of any kind.

In-Store Returns

Returns/Exchange for online orders can be processed at any MI Culture retail location within 30 days of receipt for size and/or store credit. All item(s) being returned or exchanged must be returned in new and unused condition and have original product tags attached. MI Culture locations will not accept damaged, washed, or used (worn) products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the case of an item being delivered with a security tag still intact, please DO NOT attempt to remove the security tag. MI Culture will not be liable for any damage caused from attempting to remove any security tags and will consider the item non-refundable.

If an item is received as damaged (in-transit), defective (out of the box), or incorrectly, save the shipping carton and contact Customer Service. For immediate assistance contact Customer Service at (248) 850-2596 within (5) business days of receiving the item(s). Please inspect all items upon arrival.

     Important Information

  • Customer Service will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Replacement item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the returned item has been received by the mail carrier.
  • Failure to mail returning item(s) within 5 business days will result in a forfeit of replacement.

Shipping

MI Culture can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If a shipping doesn't appear to the desired destination, please contact Customer Service.

When an order is placed, shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on the availability of the item(s) and the shipping options selected. Estimated transit times will begin after the item has been received by the carrier and has left MI Culture's shipping warehouse. Some items may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
